Gurjass is a Down syndrome child due to which she is very shy in nature. She has a positive vibe to learn something; she always comes to school with a fresh mind.
Earlier she had an inappropriate sitting posture which is now corrected through therapy.
There is an improvement in her daily living activities, now she can eat, brushing and wear unbuttoned clothes by her. The school team is still trying to train buttoning clothes.
In academics she can write her name and alphabets AZ, she learned to write her father’s name.
In mathematics, she is able to write 1-10. She understands number concepts up to 5.
She can do color in pictures with a verbal prompt. She can also identify the red color.
She can understand what others say but she faces some difficulty while expressing her feelings and thoughts.
Through regular ramp walk & stair walk, she has refined her deportment.
In-home Gurjass helps her family in household work like cleaning, cloth folding, etc.
She is very passionate about dance, she easily learns dance steps.
